- One player that will be talked about after this game is going to be none other than Notre Dame transfer, Chris Tyree. I expect Chris’s speed and athleticism to be on full display against the Spiders; he should have no problem finding open space and holes to run through against an overmatched UofR Defense. Also, don’t be shocked if he makes a splash play in special teams.
- Another talking point after this game is going to be the improvement of the Virginia offensive line play. With the entire line returning I expect there to be plenty of time for Anthony Calandria to have a big day passing as well as for Kobe Pace and the other running backs to have some open holes to run through.
- Finally, on the defensive side of the ball will all be talking about how great a transfer class it was come Sunday morning. I expect players like Kempton Shine, Kendren Smith and Cory Thomas Junior to all have big days on Saturday and produce a turnover or two between the three of them.
